What are your most important teaching goals for the children in your class?
Coming into the school year midway through, I see my role as an observer with the opportunity to learn! I am getting to know the lead teacher’s teaching style, and learning about the children in the class – their personalities and how they learn.
What do you like most about your job?
The children! I am enjoying the relationships I am developing with them as we get to know each other. I am grateful for the ways that they have welcomed me into their classroom. I am also grateful for the lead teacher, Risa, for welcoming me as a partner into the classroom.
