What education, training, credentials and life experience do you have that help you in your work with preschoolers?
I graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in English, then immediately began pursuing my Master’s degree in Elementary Education at William and Mary. Upon graduation, I taught first grade in a small primary school outside of Richmond. I later spent two years earning another Master’s degree at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, studying to become a school counselor. Before teaching at SPP, I was an elementary and middle school counselor (in addition to being a mom of four).
